It's pretty simple, yet we so often make it soo ridiculously complex; tossing in unhealthy food choices or entertaining toxic relationships that affect our health, right? iyyy yi! yi!

The good news is, the body is self healing + resilient. So when we provide what it needs, just like stretching out a tight stiff hip, the body starts flowing and functioning like its meant to.
ALL WE NEED TO DO IS NURTURE WHAT IS CALLING OUT FOR HEALING IN THE BODY.
Unhealed and undefined parts of us eventually result in health issues. For this reason, I incorporate the study of Metaphysical Anatomy so I can more effectively provide my clients with answers that lead to solutions.
This concept interprets medical diagnoses as a result of negative/traumatic experiences and relationships that affect our health. It also reminds us, we are fully responsible for our own thoughts + feelings + actions because they influence and create the outcome of our health.
