Design Your Identity

My DYI program is my signature program designed to help you gain more confidence and peace around Food, Fashion, and Fitness. It is a true direct duplication of my personal lifestyle, methods, and habits.

The components of this program kept me focused and feeling unique through my personal health journey of ups and downs, as it related to my identity.
It is an approach that can be FLEXIBLE in structure and is FUN!
It’s simple to body shame or be hard on yourself if you feel you eat off plan, isn’t it ?

Don’t do that to yourself!

We are always evolving and growing, and so should our habits to make us feel ALIVE, BOLD and POISED.

I designed this program:

  • to guide you to focus on utilizing anti-inflammatory foods to fuel and as the foundation of any goal desirable while consuming foods that act as medicine in your body

  • to motivate you to find movement and flow in fitness

  • to guide you on choosing how you desire to dress because the idea of walking into a room with confidence due to being put together in a fabulous fashion fit feels exciting

Each component is unique to what feels freeing to you and your body.

Feeling light on your toes from ditching foods that make you feel sluggish, and having a desirable physique and aesthetic while having the energy to show up and live in the moment, is purely priceless!

the mind + body connection coach


I’m Heather Hirschman, a Certified Holistic Health & Nutrition Coach with additional training in Integrative Mental Health. 

I specialize in helping heal from food sensitivities, belly bloat, weight gain, low energy, while focusing on the physical and metaphysical anatomy connection of the gut and the brain.

You don’t have to live in discomfort and feel frustrated any longer!

I work with those who are NOT willing to accept their illness or symptoms because they KNOW they deserve to live life, not just survive.

Your body knows how to heal itself.

What I do is teach you how to activate your self-healing ability and show you how to reclaim your health naturally, in just 30 days. Your job is to provide the nutrients and environment it needs to do so.

When i started my own health journey,
it wasn't all sunshine......

Several years ago when I was experiencing what felt like a never-ending roller coaster of many health complications, losing my twin brother, stepping out of my interior design career about which I was extremely passionate, battling Chronic Lyme disease which not only affected my body internally but also my skin and my appearance.

IT WASN'T EASY..... I was exhausted.. stressed.. insecure.. 

I would read the words, “Just Love Yourself” on blogs or social media and roll my eyes because those words weren’t convincing. Loving myself felt like such a far fetched suggestion during this time of chaos and uncertainty.


Why I'm committed to help others

After successfully curing, healing, and restoring my body, mind, and spirit, I couldn’t imagine another person having to endure a similar journey, alone.

Having to be my own self-advocate in order to have overcome what has been identified to be an incurable diagnosis, Chronic Lyme disease, I have found my true calling in helping others on a similar path, to heal naturally.

I am an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach with 10 years of specialized experience and knowledge in gut health. I am dedicated to mentoring, educating, providing knowledge, support, and accountability while building trust, and fully committing to guide my clients to heal their mind and bodies, naturally.

I received my training and education from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York, NY, USA, where I studied over 100 dietary theories, useful healthy lifestyle management methods, and innovative coaching techniques with some of the world’s leading health, nutrition, and wellness doctors, researchers, and nutrition experts. 

A few that most inspired me and contributed towards my training were:

Dr. Mehmet Oz, Dr. Mark Hyman, Dr. Andrew Weil, Dr. Deepak Chopra, Dr. Josh Axe, and Arianna Huffington. 

Due to my education, training, and extensive personal health experiences which taught me how to be my greatest self advocate, I have a unique understanding that allows me to relate to my clients. 

I am not a medical doctor, nutritionist, or dietician. I do not diagnose or treat any illness or disease. I have a deeply rooted desire to help people. I am a driven, motivated, and committed coach who guides and teaches my clients how to live the healthiest, happiest, and most fulfilled life they deserve. I have experience working with specialists and doctors and recognize the need for a team effort if my client needs additional guidance to reach total restorative health.

Two Models

Houston, TX


June had a desire to lose weight and not feel bloated from unhealthy eating, smoking, and drinking habits. She had anxiety that was hard to manage and also had poor quality of sleep from having a stiff body. She wanted to be able to manage stress properly and adopt consistent and healthy eating habits without dreading her routine.


We addressed her habits in totality and created a nutrition guide for her, meal planning + education, a workout regime, methods to deviate from immediately wanting and using alcohol, poor eating, and smoking as her band-aid to everything else that was going on.

After working together for 2 months:
