20-Minute Clarity Care Call with Heather

Service Description

Do you have a desire to work together but want to make sure this is exactly what you need? On this call, we'll discuss what your health goals are, my availability, more about my coaching method and help you decide on the best plan of action. Once you book your audio call, I will email you a link to complete a quick questionnaire that should take you less than 5 minutes. Once I receive your intake, I will begin reviewing it. (Must complete at least 24 hours prior to scheduled call) To confirm your appointment, my scheduling system will send you am email confirmation (+ subsequent email reminders) so you can add to your calendar.
